Kay is AMAZING! She made a typically stressful situation of buying and selling at the same time enjoyable! She coordinated showings while we were on vacation and had our house sold in DAYS, before we even got home! All while negotiating to get us into our new home in perfect timing!

Kay made a typically stressful situation (buying AND selling) a great experience!! She helped us determine what to do (and not do) to get our house ready to go on sale and worked so hard non-stop for us! She helped coordinate showings while we were on vacation and had our house sold in DAYS, before we even returned! All while also finding house after house for us to view, and when we found ‘the one’ she worked hard to negotiate for us to get our new place to call home and had us in there in perfect timing! It doesn’t always work out that perfectly, but she will do all she can to help make it happen! Great experience!
